Send us an enquiry by email, phone, or the contact form on this page. Tell us a little about your business and the services you're looking for. We'll reply the same working day to acknowledge your enquiry and suggest a few convenient times for an introductory call.
We'll have a relaxed, no-obligation conversation to understand your business, your current situation, and what you need. We'll explain our approach, the cloud-based software we use, and how our team works. By the end of the call, we'll both know whether we're a good fit — and you'll have a clear sense of what working with us would look like.
Within two working days of your discovery call we'll send a clear, written proposal setting out exactly which services are included, what we need from you, and your monthly fee. There are no hidden extras. You can accept the proposal online — and once you do, we'll send you an engagement letter via our secure electronic signing system.
As a regulated accounting practice, we are required by law to verify the identity of all new clients before work begins. This is a quick, straightforward process. We'll ask for a photo ID (passport or driving licence) and a recent proof of address — that's usually all we need. Everything is handled securely and stored within our compliance system.
Once everything is signed and compliance checks are complete, we set your account up in our cloud accountancy platform, connect your bank feeds, activate all the services you've signed up for, and invite you to our secure client portal — where you can share documents, view reports, and communicate with our team at any time. You'll receive a welcome email from your dedicated contact with everything you need to know.

A valid passport or driving licence for all individuals and company directors.
A utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
Your UTR, Company Registration Number, VAT number, and accounting year end date — we'll tell you exactly what applies to you.
If available: last year's accounts, tax returns, and any payroll records. Don't worry if you don't have everything — we can work with what you have.
We'll set up a secure bank feed so transactions flow into our system automatically — no more sending statements manually.
